The annual ACTRIMS Forum is a prime opportunity to highlight the advancements your organization has made in the MS field. Bringing together the best and brightest in multiple sclerosis research, the ACTRIMS Forum 2020 will gather over 1,200 attendees as ACTRIMS continues to further its mission of providing leadership in the field of MS and other demyelinating diseases. In addition to sound scientific programming, the ACTRIMS Forum 2020 is pleased to offer a variety of opportunities for Industry Supporters to network with attendees while showcasing your organizations’ expertise.

The submission of a Request Form or Application does not constitute a contract. ACTRIMS will provide confirmation to Industry Supporters of ACTRIMS Forum participation.
Please note the following first right of refusal and eligibility requirements:
Industry Supporters of ACTRIMS Forum 2019 have first right of refusal until Thursday, August 29, 2019 to sponsor the same event or product again in 2020. Beginning Friday, August 30, 2019 all remaining support opportunities will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Until Thursday, August 29, 2019, ACTRIMS Forum 2019 exhibitors will receive priority booth assignment. Beginning Friday, August 30, 2019, all remaining exhibit opportunities will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit booths will be assigned according to space requests, past participation in the ACTRIMS Forum and total contribution to the ACTRIMS Forum 2020.
Business Suites are available exclusively to sponsors of the ACTRIMS Forum 2020 with a commitment of $15,000 or above and/or exhibitors at $10,000 or above. Any Industry Supporter meeting the minimum contribution may request a Business Suite as they are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only Satellite Symposia programs offering certified continuing medical education are allowed. Satellite Symposia slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis following the review of the proposals by the Scientific Program and Executive Committees.

The ACTRIMS Forum 2020 Scientific Program Committee and the accredited CME provider adhere to the standards of independence as defined by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.
