Group Registration
Group registration is available for groups of 10 or more individuals. The deadline for group registration is Monday, February 5, 2024. To begin the group registration process, please download and complete the form below with all of the required information. Please email your completed form to dslattery@actrims.org.
When you have received confirmation from ACTRIMS that your group is ready to be registered, the key contact should follow the steps below to register and submit payment for your group.
Click the registration link sent to you via email and log into your ACTRIMS account.
On the bottom of the first page, you will see “Register Yourself” or “Register Linked Profile” buttons.
If you click “Register Yourself,” your information will populate the form to complete. You will then have the option to click “Register Linked Profile” at the bottom of the form to continue registering your group.
If you do not need to register yourself for the meeting, click the “Register Linked Profile” button to begin registering your group.
A box will appear with a drop-down list of all profiles that are linked to the organization.
Click on an individual, then click “Add” to complete their registration.
Continue to register your group by clicking the “Register Linked Profile” button at the bottom of the page.
Once you have completed registration forms for all members of your group, click the “Next” button at the bottom of the page.
A summary page will appear. Click “Next” to continue.” Click “Previous” to make any changes.
Enter in payment information and click “Submit Payment” to complete your group registration.
A confirmation email and receipt will be sent to the key contact who completed the group registration. Please note, individual registrants will NOT receive a confirmation email from ACTRIMS.

+ Who is eligible for group registration?
Groups of 10 or more people who are employees of an organization or company with an organizational profile with ACTRIMS are eligible for group registration.
The following individuals and groups are ineligible for the group registration process:
- Groups of less than 10 individuals
- Individuals using a complimentary code or discount code
+ Do group registrations qualify for a discount on the registration fee?
No, the group registration process exists to allow a key contact to register individuals from an organization or company for the ACTRIMS Forum. There are no discounts available for individuals registering as part of a group, with the exception of the early bird discount (automatically applied when registrations are submitted prior to January 24, 2024).
+ Are group registrations eligible for the early bird discount?
Yes, groups may take advantage of the early bird discount. The key contact must register and submit payment for all members of the group prior to the early bird registration deadline (January 24, 2024).
+ Do I have to pay with a credit card?
A credit card payment is required for group registrations at the time of registration. If you are unable to pay with a credit card, please contact Delaney Slattery at dslattery@actrims.org.
+ What is the cancellation policy for group members?
Registration cancellations received in writing to ACTRIMS at dslattery@actrims.org on or before Monday, February 19, 2024, will be accepted and fees will be refunded without penalty. Cancellations received after Monday, February 19, 2024 will not be honored or refunded.
+ Can I register additional individuals once my group registration has been submitted?
Yes, the key contact may register additional individuals using the same steps above until February 5, 2024. If you need to add a new individual to your organizational profile, email Delaney Slattery at dslattery@actrims.org.
