Accommodations

The ACTRIMS Forum 2025 Housing is now open.  Special nightly rates are available for Forum attendees at various hotels near the convention center and throughout West Palm Beach. Book early as hotel availability in West Palm Beach fills up quickly!

Book your hotel reservation by Tuesday, January 28, 2025, to receive special Forum rates.

Only registered attendees of the ACTRIMS Forum 2025 may utilize the ACTRIMS room block. This policy will be strictly enforced, and room reservations are subject to cancellation if policy is not followed. A non-refundable deposit for one night’s stay is required for all hotel reservations.

Housing Fraud Warning

Maritz Global Services is the Official Housing Provider for the ACTRIMS Forum 2025. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to ACTRIMS or Maritz.

You may also call United Meetings Reservation Desk, Monday through Friday, at 1-800-426-1122 for booking assistance. Booking fees are waived for Meeting reservations. International customers may contact their local United Reservation Desk.

+ Airport & Transportation Options

The Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is conveniently located just minutes from downtown West Palm Beach and the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Fly directly into PBI from more than 25 destinations on nearly 200 daily non-stop arrivals and departures. Or fly into Miami International Airport (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) and take either the Tri-Rail or Brightline train service right into downtown West Palm Beach.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Taxis and ride-hail services such as Lyft and Uber are available at PBI. For public transportation, Tri-Rail has a free shuttle to PBI from its downtown West Palm Beach station and the local Brightline station offers fast, convenient service.

+ Visa Requirements

If you are a foreign citizen, don’t delay in applying for a visa for entry into the United States, if needed. Such arrangements are the responsibility of conference attendees. Visit the U.S. Department of State’s website for more information on obtaining a visa.

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a visa can be requested by completing the Letter of Invitation Request Form. The letter will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment received.

Please note that the Letter of Invitation is intended to help obtain a visa and is not a guarantee of visa approval. ACTRIMS cannot intervene on behalf of the invitees with an U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
