The ACTRIMS 2025 Sponsorship Prospectus is now available and offers a variety of support opportunities across three annual programs: the ACTRIMS Forum 2025, Neurology Resident Summit in Multiple Sclerosis, and the Young Scientist Summit in Clinical Neuroimmunology. Secure your sponsorship today for the opportunity to connect with experts and emerging leaders in the field of MS.

ACTRIMS is excited to continue the success of the Industry Hub at the upcoming Forum 2025 in West Palm Beach. The Industry Hub reimagines how Delegates and Industry Supporters engage by replacing traditional exhibit booths with Business Suites and Business Pods. These spaces are tailored to facilitate one-on-one or small group conversations, enhancing interaction and collaboration.

Halls A & B at the Palm Beach County Convention Center will be transformed into the Industry Hub and include the following:

• Custom Business Suites ranging in size from 900 to 2,500 square feet

• Two prefabricated Business Pod options, each spanning 200 square feet and designed for seamless "plug and play" convenience

• Poster sessions

• Daily meals and breaks

• Networking lounges

• Expanded sponsorship opportunities to showcase your brand

The Industry Hub will be open Thursday, February 27 and Friday, February 28 from 7:30 am – 7:30 pm.

Please note the following:

• All sponsorship, Business Suite, Business Pod, and Industry Supported Satellite Symposium slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. An unlimited number of virtual on-demand Industry Showcases slots are available.

• Business Suites include space only, without furniture or equipment, and are available exclusively to sponsors of the Forum 2025 with a commitment of $10,000 or above.

• Business Pods are designed to offer "plug and play" convenience, featuring comfortable furnishings and opportunities for branding. There is not a minimum sponsorship commitment to purchase a Business Pod.

• Industry Showcases highlight corporate MS initiatives, including DEI efforts, addressing disparities in treatment and care, media and advocacy partnerships raising awareness, and research innovation. Industry Showcases may also cover relevant research and data related to a specific drug, product, device, or service. All Industry Showcases must be pre-recorded and will be available on demand through the ACTRIMS Forum 2025 Event App.

• All in-person Industry Supported Satellite Symposia slots have been filled. However, if you're interested in submitting an application, please contact Brittany Marsala Olson at bolson@actrims.org, to discuss virtual on-demand options.
