Disclosure Form: Complete your disclosure form by clicking the Disclosure Form button below.
Headshot & Biography: Upload your most recent headshot and biography to the Presenter Portal accessed through the button below.
Cell Phone Number: In the rare event that our CE provider has concerns with your presentation slides or we are missing your slides ahead of your scheduled session, ACTRIMS requests your cell phone number to be used if we are unable to get ahold of you via email.

Registration: Oral presenters must register and attend the ACTRIMS Forum 2025 in person.
Presentation Slides: You are required to submit a near-final version of your presentation slides for CE review by Friday, February 7. Submit your presentation file to the Presentation Upload button below.
Submit Speaker Materials
When clicking the Speaker Portal button for the first time, please create a “New User” account. Once your user credentials are created, please keep note as you will need them to return to the portal and update with your information as it is due. The Speaker Portal is where everything EXCEPT your disclosure form and presentation file will be uploaded.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
You will have 15 minutes total: 12 minutes for your presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
PowerPoint presentations should be in widescreen (16:9) format.
The abstract title, author(s), and affiliation(s) should appear on the first slide.
Do NOT include a disclosure slide; disclosure information will be provided in a summary page for all attendees to review.
Please use high contrast colors and avoid layering graphs or images in your slides.
Oral presentations should not contain any of the following: commercial logos, company names, brand or proprietary drug names.
Text and illustrations should be easily readable; use high-contrast colors for best definition of your text.
Presentations should be saved and uploaded as a PowerPoint Presentation (.pptx) file. Please name the file following this structure: PresentationNumber_LastName (i.e. S1.1_Smith).
Presentations must be submitted by Friday, February 7, 2025, for review and approval by the Continuing Education (CE) provider. Click the Presentation Upload button above to submit. Please note that after review and approval of your presentation, only minor changes are permitted. Any changes must be re-submitted by 6:00 pm ET the night before your session.
An ACTRIMS Forum 2025 slide template is available for your use. It is not required to use this template..
Speaker Ready Room
The Speaker Ready Room will be open starting Wednesday, February 26.
The Speaker Ready Room will have a mock setup of the technology in the General Session room. We strongly encourage you to visit the Speaker Ready Room to review your PowerPoint presentation and test the technology.
Once you have provided the initial upload of your presentation, you will be permitted to make minor changes. You will need to reupload your presentation onsite in the Speaker Ready Room by 6:00 pm the night before your session.
Presenters are not allowed to bring their PowerPoint presentation directly to the General Session room. It must be uploaded online or onsite in the Speaker Ready Room beforehand.
Speaker Ready Room Hours (Meeting Room 1GHI):
Wednesday, February 26: 5:00 - 7:00 pm
Thursday, February 27 & Friday, February 28: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday, March 1: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
During Your Session
Please be in the General Session room 15 minutes before the start of the session and check in with the Session Chairs.
Stay on time – you will have 15 minutes total: 12 minutes for your presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
Session Chairs will moderate introductions and help facilitate the 3-minute Q&A at the end of each presentation.
When someone asks a question, please provide a focused response.
The General Session room will be equipped with:
Laptop computer (pre-loaded with your presentation)
Projector and screen
Podium with microphone
Confidence monitor
Slide advancer/mouse
You will NOT be able to use your own laptop or flash drive during your presentation
