| January 8, 2025 | IMPORTANT: To-scale Business Suite renderings due for ACTRIMS and Fire Marshall approval. Custom-built structures must have a Certificate of Flame Resistance which must be submitted at the same time as the Business Suite rendering. |
| January 17, 2025 | Collaboration Link completion deadline. | January 21, 2025 | Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) forms and original Certificate of Insurance (COI) due to gain access to the show floor |
